This MD should have his license revoked. He came in appearing to be in an "altered" state and ordered $1000. worth of tests that were not necessary when he was told my daughter most likely had mono. Instead of running that test - he chose to tell me she may be suffering conditions that were not only worrisome but life threatening apparently, to frighten me into running the tests, when I expressed I felt they were not necessary upon minimal symptoms and on initial presentation. My daughters also questioned his "altered" state during the examination (they noticed it also!) In addition, he insisted on placing me on medications that were not only unnecessary, but harmful causing a myriad of health issues that were not present prior to the medications and were a direct result of the medications. Whomever is rating him HIGH - is most likely someone that loves a MD that will prescribe unnecessary treatments and/or medication. He should not be permitted to practice. I discontinued going to him and refuse to have records transferred to my new MD as 99% of what is contained in those records are likely inaccurate.

I have been going to this doctor for several years, and I am very comfortable with him and his staff. Also, I feel that he has a very professional demeanor, although he can be a bit quick to prescribe unnecissary meds (ie decongestants)

This doctor should not be practicing . Any Doctor who would send a 79 year old man home from the hospital with pnemonia needs to have there lisence revoked. He also had my sister in law on an addicting drug you would normally keep some on for two years. She'd been taking it for two years or better. We had to put her in St. Elizabeth Hospital with withdrawal symtoms for almost two weeks.
