I would like to add a review on the REAL Damian Alagia.I will be sending the board of medicine the same type of message. I was an employee of his in 2000. He was the most vile, arrogant, liar, fake, selfish, abusive man I have ever met.I was an MA for him for a short period of time.He would on very many occasions do a pap and put the speculum back in the drawer he got it from (with sterile ones) because he was too lazy and didnt care enough to get up and put it in the container itbelonged.His next patient would then get the pleasure of him using the SAME one he used on the patient before her.I saw him do this many times and heknew i did. Healso would have us putfakediagnosis on patients (medicare) lab reqs like BV so that hecould have them come in morethan theinsurance would pay for a pap.He would pull me hard by the back o my sweater hood to speak to me.I did in vitro to get pregnant and shortly after stuck myselfw/adirtyneedleandhelaughedatme.Hetalksbadaboutallhispatientsbehindthei

AMAZING!!! Best ever!!! Have been a patient for >10 years. Always seen me same day for emergency, and provided immediate referrals if any issues (called colleagues on the spot and secured appt. for me later that day!), then called me at home that night to follow-up. Always spends time needed with you, no rushing, and wants to hear about your life to get a complete health picture. He is simply the best!!!

I agree with all previous comments about Dr Alagia. The best doctor ever I had for my Gynecology problems. Excellent doctor. He knows what he is doing. I recommend him for anybody.

As a previous poster said - I wish all of my docs were as competent and caring as Dr. Alagia. I have been a patient of his for over 18 years and he has handled all of my OB care, in addition to GYN well-care and a couple of surgeries as well. I can't say enough good things about him. I wish I could find an internist with this kind of knowledge and bed-side manner!

I have been a patient of Dr. Alagia for several years. I chose him after interviewing several doctors. He was the most knowledgeable, the most responsive, and the most friendly, too. In addition to annual OB GYN appointments, I need to have surgery for fibroid removal in the uterous. He performed the surgery, did a wonderful job, using the latest techniques in laproscopic surgery, for which he is a renowned expert. I was very pleased in having him as my doctor.
