I have been a patient of Dr. Collado's for over 30 years. I could not say enough great things about this doctor! She is approachable and I never feel rushed. She listens to all of my health care concerns and spends the time necessary to answer any questions or concerns. She is compassionate, caring and personable. I referred several of my friends to her and they love, love, love her as well. I am very grateful that I found Dr. Collado for my OB/GYN needs. My daughter, who she delivered, is now a patient as well. Thanks to her office staff as well. Wendy, Melisa and Millia are all very helpful.

When I go to a doctor...I’m not looking for camaderie with office staff or even the doctor. What I always looked for it’s a knowledgeable and caring Doctor. If you’re one of those people who rate doctors base on their “front desk staff” then this is not your place BUT if what you are searching for ..., is a knowledgeable doctor, integrity,honesty ( you know ... someone to tell the truth you to your face ), a caring individual, a person who will remember the smallest conversations you had with her, a person who always thinking how can they help others Then you are in the right place! In regards to the staff the only thing left to say is that “He/she who didn’t encounter rude front office staff Cast the fist stone” ;) I will always be grateful to Dr. Collado for her help and understanding !

I am a patient of Dr. Anna A. Collado for over 20 years. Patients should also comments on the good service that its provided. Everyone has different situations and depending on the need you're taking care. I have never had an issues with the Doctor or her Staff on the contrary they do try their best to be helpful to the patients

Dr Collado is a great MD. The problem is her staff and how she allows her office secretaries and MA to behave. Melissa at the front desk is rude and nasty and Wendy the MA is terrible- cannot do BP and wears gloves from patient to patient with out changing them not to mention wears flip flops. Sad that an MD allows her office to be run like this. RUN!!! RUN far and fast away from this office!!!

I've met Dr. Collado exactly twice: both visits as a follow-up to miscarriage. I had a poor rushed appointment with her nurse practitioner as my first introduction to the office. She ran me through a five minute speech about not drinking soda and being healthy without bothering to read my file or ask about my current lifestyle or health concerns. I called the answering service in the middle of the day as I was miscarrying, got a call back from the nurse sending me to Hackensack ER where I spent 8 hours (!!!) just bleeding out in pain and waiting for an ultrasound to confirm. Similarly to another woman's experience, I had to come to their office the next day, sit for two hours and beg to be seen, hoping that someone would explain what happened to me. To make the offense worse, they lost or did not preserve correctly the sample of tissue Dr. Collado scoped out of me. She seemed warmed and empathetic for the five minutes I'd seen her. I did not feel like I'm an individual in her office, just a body sitting and waiting in a small cramped waiting room.

First experience with a obgyn in the USA. I must say I am very disappointed, dr is ok, nurse Wendy is great but the office staff well there is only one way to describe them, they are horrible, rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional and unpleasant, they make the whole pregnancy a very depressing time. This office needs to re-evaluate its office staff, the tall girl with dark hair and always wears black lipstick is one of the worst, her demeanor is very poor. Unfortunately this is going to cost this office a lot of patients. Go some where else where your needs and feelings are a priority and not forgotten.

Dr.Collado and Darlene are absolutely amazing, I have been coming to this practice for 9 years, and didn't have any plans on leaving. HOWEVER, the staff is horrible! It seems they are not being managed properly, and as a result-the front desk operations has gone downhill

When calling for an appointment the line is either busy or you wait on hold for a long time, and sometimes the phone is still on answering service even though the office is open....I understand an office can open late and close early sometimes, but this happens very often....

I worked in a doctor's office before, it seems someone isn't turning "off" the answering service when they're supposed to...

Not to mention one of the receptionist eating her lunch in my face, while telling me she "couldn't find me in the system"....and told me to fill out new paperwork....

I asked her to look again and what do you know? She found me in the system after she put the cheeseburger down.

Both Darlene and Dr.Collado are awesome, but if they don't revamp their front desk staff they're going to lose their patients...

Lastly, Im currently sitting in the office....unfortunately I'm having a miscarriage so I need an exam and repeat bloodwork to confirm, but since I walked in, the front desk says I have to wait until all patients with an appointment are seen...

Never in my 9 years have I ever been treated this way....

Very excellent doctors, poor staff!

I have been going to Dr Collado over two years now & I enjoy Dr Collado and APN Darlene Clemente. They are both knowledgable and great to go to. The main issue is staff. It's been multiple times where I needed a refill & was bouncing back and forth with them and my pharmacy. First off my pharmacy called me stating that they denied to refill my prescription stating that I need to make a yearly appointment. I call the office and they say no u can have a refill. Then they tell me when your pharmacy has to call us we don't call them. So I ask the pharmacy to do me that favor and they call back saying they have called numerous times but the line is busy. I tried as well and yes!!! The line is busy. They need to have another line. Then finally 45 minutes later when I get through they put me on hold for 8 minutes. I enjoy having Dr Collado and Darlene but the staffing may cause me to switch doctors. Because this type of situation has occurred 4 times to me already

Dr annna collado is a great doctor minus her incompetent staff... good luck calling to make an apt will probably take you atleast week.. Phone is always busy or they say the office is closed. The girls there are so unprofessional i dont understand how they have jobs.. You will always wait ATLEAST over an hour.. Oh and when your fed up of going there and decided to change doctors ITS ONE DOLLAR PER PAGE TO GET YOUR RECORDS FAXED!!! This is proof of how little they actually care for people in general...
