Dr. Rossman is like a gift from god. my husband has leukemia and dr. rossman has been seeing him for several years now. if i cannot make the appointment he always calls me. true, sometimes there is a wait but that is because dr. rossman takes his time with each patient and when it is your turn he will stay with you until you are finished. he is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. reminds me of dr. welby. definitely worth any wait!!!

Dr Rossman and his staff are the best. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, had surgery and then was referred to Dr. Rossman he is so knowledgeable, kind and he listens. His office and all his employees are the best. I am doing great and that is because of Dr. Rossman's care. His office is very pleasent and a positive place to be and that means a lot when you are diagnosed with a life threatening illness.

I had an appointment but waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Once I was called in, he had me undress and proceeded to give me a full physical exam - even though I was only there for bloodwork. It was uncomfortable to say the least. A friend of mine has the same condition and she didn't go through a physical examination. Inappropriate! Then after the appointment, my doctor and I called their office SEVERAL times (about 20 between us) to get our hematology report. He never called back, but finally faxed it over about 5 months after the exam. Horrible.

Dr Rossman is very kind and knowledgeable, but he is quite overworked and spends little time or attention with each patient. The wait can be hours even tho you have an appointment. The office is open and little privacy. Staff, patients and doctors conversations are all heard. The office is shabby.
