We had a positive experience with this clinic. It is a small office in a small town and once we got to know everyone we felt like part of the family. They roll their eyes at you if you talk about things you read on the Internet. I think it's possible that if they acknowledged the FAM and temping then we should have cancelled our IUIs after my temp already rose. But they are the experts. We had a successful outcome right away with IVF.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Infertility is a sensitive subject and I felt like a burden to this clinic. Doctor Bachus was condensending and treated me like an idiot. For our first appointment Doctor Bachus didn't try to get to know me or my husband, he just pushed a checklist of services I would need. He seemed like a salesman. His staff is even worse...they are rude, uninformed, and don't return phone calls. It took 2 months to get an initial appointment and 5 weeks after that to even seen the doctor again to create a treatment plan; 3 months wasted waiting. They need to stop accepting patients if they are too busy to schedule appointments in an appropriate amount of time.

We've been going to this office for about 6 months and have not had a good experience. In that time we've actually only seen or heard from Bachus one time, otherwise every appointment and phone call is with an RN. Don't even get me started on them. There is one nice nurse and the others are negative and make an already difficult situation harder. Most of the time I feel like they could care less that it is so expensive and heart wrenching; they get paid regardless.

Great doctor-very nice. Staff was good, very busy, but helpful & willing to answer whatever crazy questions I had. Not sure what our future plans are at this point with treatment, but will be returning once we make that decision.

Bachus is friendly and knowledgable. Staff and billing....terrible. They don't seem to care about the patient, they are rude, they are negative, they make it seem that they are just there for the money. Most insurances won't pay for IVF so the patient must pay out of pocket. The office will not work with the patient on just about anything: financial stand point, office visits, coming from out of town and working with other doctors...They make the patient do all of these insane blood tests that other clinics don't (making the patient spend even more). I may be able to deal with everything else but not the staff. I would not recommend this clinic.

I saw Dr. Bachus regularly for a couple of years. Dr. Bachus is knowledgeable and I think he's an "okay" doctor. However, his staff is AWFUL and rude! They make appt times, then keep you waiting for 30-45 min in the waiting room. I just had the feeling the whole time we were going to Dr. Bachus that we were getting inadequate treatment. Needless to say, I didn't end up pregnant, and now I am going to CCRM in Lone Tree, CO. What a different expereince. They run like a well oiled machine and I have had nothing but good experiences. If you live in Colorado, do not waste your time and money with sub par fertility clinics like Dr. Bachus. Go to CCRM and you will be treated great by staff and doctors! And you will actually get pregnant too!

Dr. Bachus, his PA's, and nurses are very knowledgeable, and work with you as much as possible. The other staff are ALL nightmares. They are rude, unhelpful and make you feel like a burden if you have questions or even try to make an appointment. It is so bad it almost ruins keeping him as your physician.

Dr. Bachus is one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable immediately after you first him. I have told so many family and friends about his practice. He's never given up on our situation, yet is up front and honest. I truly feel that he cares and wants nothing but the best for my husband and I. I've never had any complaints about the staff. There was one nurse who I wasn't so sure about, but I think it was just getting to know her that took some time. All if all, one of the best RE's around!!! Highly recommended.
