Staff is rude and incompetent. Staff does not pass along messages to the doctor, misplaces paperwork routinely and cannot follow simple instructions. Dr. Mondrusova sits on test results due to patient overload. Very disappointed in her and staff. They have made an already painful medical issue, unbearable due to the extra stress they have caused.

Dr Mondrusova is great. It's usually a pain to try to come in and see her because of my busy schedule, so before I make an appointment I usually leave her a message to see, and Dr Mondrusova is great at getting back to you and can help you via phone or will tell you if you need to come in. While I was on Coumadin trying to regulate it, Dr Mondrusova would call- even on the weekends or at night to tell me what the blood level was and increase or decrease the dosage. Dr Mondrusova really cares and takes interest in her patients.

Doctor is great!!! Very helpful Very personable. Staff is friendly. Be prepared to be at the office for at least an hour. They overbook.

Dr. Mondrusova has been looking after me and my children now for 6 years. She's kind, listens and is knowledgable. Her office hours are accomodating and her staff is always helpful. Her associates have all helped me or my kids in th past as well. Great office and very highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable. Extremely strong listening skills. Diagnosed in 4 minutes a serious issue I've been having for over 2 years that was not identified by 3 other Dr's. Looks at whole being of the person in her care and well being plan. Extremely highly recommend.
