Nurse Kathy and Dr. Cherkis are great! They listened and read my history of medical issue etc....They were very patient with me and making sure that I get an interpreter etc. I will recommend to others who need a new OB/GYN.

I've been seeing Dr. Cherkis for about 18 yrs. now. I thank a friend for recommending him to me, and I have since recommended him to several friends. He is warm, knowledgable, and doesn't do anything without first explaining it to you. I wish I'd been fortunate enough to meet him 30 years ago.

He's great, he listens to you. He makes you feel very much at ease and he walks you through everything he's doing. I'm so glad I started going, I have even sent a few of my friends to him all with the same results.

I was 8 months pregnant when I went for a regular check up with Dr. Cherkis. At my visit he had trouble finding my baby's heart beat. When he finally found it, it was faint. He assured me that every thing was all right and against my intuition I went home. The next day I gave birth to a sleeping baby that I so desperately wanted. I will never forget the horrendous painful memory of this event. and it will stay with me as fresh and raw till the day I die which I pray comes soon :(

I was referred to Dr. Cherkis by a friend and I'm so glad she told me about him. He is so caring, considerate, knowledgeable and a wonderful surgeon. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease and explains everything to you that he'll do. I've recommended him to several friends.
