I'm VERY disappointed in Dr. Nafach as a physician. He is very discourteous, and has absolutely no bedside manner. He flat out cancels perscriptions rather than calling me to schedule another appointment... as if my diabetes is now cured! Hooray! No more insulin injections! The pharmacy says that my doctor as nullified my insulin perscription! After being a patient for almost 10 years, I don't think it's too much to expect a phone call from my physician if he needs to talk, not this. This, combined with his arrogant attitude and condescending remarks about my health, is just too much. I'm very disgusted with Dr. Jalal Nafach.

Have had three different insuance companies now...I cannot answer this question as I have not recieved a bill since on medicare. I do remember at one time it was just my PPO co-pay. Another time it was 80/20. Insurance with coventry and BC/BS...now medicare.

My first visit with him, I didn't quite know how to take his mannerisms but he was very knowledgeable about my condition and happily went back to him. After several visits I understand him better. He is funny and listens. Some other comments stated he was rude and rushed. I think because he is originally from another country, his ways can be misinterpreted at first. He does move fast but I didn't feel like it took away from my visit. He answers all of my questions and stays until we are done. He may rush around to keep his schedule. Anyway, he knows his stuff. I have been to a lot of doctors and I would highly recommend him.

I went to him for the first time today and thought he was very helpful. He told me what I was already expecting to hear, but I still learned a lot. And he wanted to get started right away on a treatment plan for me. He was very thorough and was easy to talk to. I will definetely continue treatment with his office!

He is very condescending. Acts like it's my fault that I have diabetes. I've been to him a few times and it's always the same. He's rude, makes you wait a long time, then comes in the room with his computer and is rude to you. I won't go back.

Dr. Nafash has been the only doctor in 18 years to diagnose my condition. The lab tests he preformed had all been done before (several times), but he saw something in them no one else had. I will be forever greatful to him for how he has improved my life. The first time I saw him I thought he was very rude. I knew nothing about my condition so he taught me. My visits thereafter were so educational and I saw my health improve so much - I am a believer he can do anything.

doesn't consult with you regarding your condition. treats symptoms only. Seems to be rushed all the time and don't feel connection with him.

He is very bright, helpful and qualified. I trust him with my thyroid and hormone issues and he has really helped get me on track and feeling better with his compounded medications and his careful monitering of my thyroid medicine levels. Highly recommended by me.

When I visited Dr. Nafach, I felt that I was treated as an irresponsible child. I know that I am still young and learning about my condition, but there was no need to rebuke me regarding things I did not know yet. I would have appreciated hearing what common questions that patients had about thyroid issues, but I felt that I was on my own. As yet, I feel that he may be treating my symptoms and not trying to fix the problem. Though my faith and trust in him has decreased, my graditute to his ever patient nurses has been a breath of fresh air.
