Dr. Spier office and staff were so friendly and helpful. I had the pin point laser surgery and this procedure was the best decision I made. Dr. Spier made the whole process easy and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Mark Spier to anyone. I told all of my family and friends about my experience. The procedure was quick and painless.

I saw Dr. Spier to get treated for a long-standing toenail fungus via the PinPointe laser system. The laser did indeed work but I needed a second treatment for a few toes the following year. Dr. Spier also has me treating my toes with an anti-fungal and sanitizing my shoes with a UV device. I had follow up appointments every six month with Dr. Spier and the total treatment plan lasted two and a half years. Dr. Spier saw me on time for all of my appointments and treated me without delay. He was always courteous and answered all of my questions in a professional and thorough manner. Dr. Spier's office staff is friendly, fast and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Spier and the PinPointe laser for anyone with stubborn toenail fungus.

As I saw the advertisement and have been embarrassed by my toenails I went to Dr. Spier. He advised me of the treatment and convinced me that the laser treatment would work on my toes. We did the treatment, I paid $1000.00 of my hard earned money. There were absolutely no changes in my toe nails. I went back for a follow up, which he charged me an additional $250. Again no changes. I had another appointment, he was sick and cancelled it with me. I never went back. He did reimburse me the $250 but I don't believe this treatment works and had I known what I know now I would have never did this. I went to the route of taking the pills for this treatment. They have worked effectively and only cost me the amount of my prescription, there were no side effects for me. I absolutely would not recommend Dr. Spier, he is very errogant when being questioned about procedures that don't work. He advised me that nothing is guaranteed, but that was at the second visit.

I have always been worried about my toenails and wanted a lasting solution. I heard an advertisement for Dr. Spier and thought I would finally give the laser a try. The entire staff was very helpful and now I can finally look forward to buying new flip flops next spring!

I went to Dr. Spier because I heard an advertisement about his Pinpointe Footlaser and I have always struggled with embarrassing toenails.I have tried creams that haven't worked and can't try prescription pills because of liver problems. Dr. Spier and his staff went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. It has been about 4 months since my procedure and I am seeing a healthy nail almost fully grown back in. The laser worked just like the advertisement said and I would recommend Dr. Spier to anyone in the Baltimore region. Thanks Dr. Spier!

As a new patient to this office, I had the best expierence. Dr. Spier was very attentivie to my needs and he did the very best at assessing my problem. I have had several office visits and the office assistant as well as the doctor, were always able to "fit me in" as needed and Dr. Spier even took the extra time to call me to be sure that my foot was feeling better. I would recommend this office to anyone who is seeking the best care.
