Okay so the comments on here are all spot on. He's rude and has no bed side manners. He made fun of me for gaining 9lbs in 2 weeks while I was pregnant. He was very cold and not friendly. When I was pregnant with my first I made a couple appointments with him. I saw him at my last appt at 39 weeks and he broke my water unknowingly. I went home that day and started leaking amniotic fluid. I called crown and told them and dr saliba said "I just saw her and she's not even dilated. She's fine" so they told me just to watch it. This was Saturday morning. I called crown back Sunday morning saying whenever I sit up my water trickles out. Again, I was told not to worry and I was fine. Monday morning came and I was in full out panic mode and called crown and demanded to be seen. Of course what doctor is there? Saliba! He starts telling me it's all in my head. Then checks me and freaks out saying "you have a high leak of amniotic fluid! Go straight to the hospital!" Duh!! Never went back to him!

Rescheduled my annual that I waited 3 months for so he could take a vacation day. Made it difficult to refill my birth control. Once I final got my physical rescheduled for an inconvenient time in the middle of my work day he made me wait for over an hour to see him. I got dressed and left I was so pissed. Its not like hes that great of a doctor that I should be sitting around and waiting for.

The entire staff clinical and admin is so rude and cocky!! Makes you not want to see the MD, since you deal with them more than the Dr.'s there.

His lack of compassion was overshadowed only by the unnecessary risks he took with my health and that of my baby. We are still dealing with many of the after effects of an unnecessarily traumatic birth experience. I would not recommend him.

Is an extremely rude doctor. After not getting pregnant on my own for over a year he told me to go home and "relax" and I would get pregnant. Refused to run any tests or help me out at all. Ended up finally getting pregnant 2 years later through in vitro with a reproductive endocrinologist. He happened to be on call one time when I was pregnant with my twins and having complictions. He came into the exam room, did not introduce himself to me (I had only met him that once two years ago) or my husband, pulled up the sheet and did an internal without saying two words to me! Very, very rude doc.

Very poor care related to both knowledge and compassion. Completely dismissed my fertility concerns (over 35 trying for 1 year and not pregnant) by telling me "you get your period, so just go home and have sex more often" I was left in tears in the office. while I was getting dressed, he entered the exam room and said "you're STILL CRYING? You better hope you don't need infetility treatment because you'll never be able to handle it!" and left. His RN told me I was the 2nd patient of the day to leave in tears (it was only 7:30am) Ordered completely inappropriate fertility tests. My husband and I ceased our relationship immediately with him. I ended up requiring two cervical reconstructive surgeries b/c of all of the biopsies he had taken and suffered through 3 years of infertility treatments including 7 medicated IUI's which were almost impossible to perform because of the damage he inficted on my cervix and 4 cycles of IVF. His medical care stunned my OB at Brigham and Women's.

He's a smart doctor who inspires confidence, however his personality is challenging. Sometimes he is friendly, compassionate, and caring. Other times he is dismissive, cold, and awkward. I have a 16 year relationship with him and I completely trust his medical judgement -- if something's wrong with me, he's going to find it and fix it. However,I leave many appointments personally frustrated and feeling belittled. I tried a number of other doctors though and none have the medical expertise of Dr. Saliba. And that's really why we go there, right?
