Rude, arrogant doctor. She's in the wrong profession.

Great doctor she cares about her patients and takes the time to explain.

Every time I have seen her she has been helpful. Once after we had finished she was outside the room closing the door and heard me say,"Oh." She came back in and asked if anything was wrong. Nothing was really wrong, but I had a small concern and just remembered it. It was taken care of quickly and easily. She has answered even my smallest questions and has always been very upbeat and caring. The staff has been caring and helpful, even in small ways. When the office is closed, someone is on duty and will call you back.

Dr. Nagapala was a very compassionate doctor. I came in stressed about an issue and she was very comforting. She treated me well and instantly made a bond. The staff there is always punctual and friendly. However, their patient processing is archaic, they still use file folders and the office needs updated. But, the Nagapala was a good doctor and I recommend her.

I went to see Dr. Nagapala and was very dissapointed. She made weird faces at me, treated me as if I was crazy, and was just cold. I tried to explain my symptoms to her and she basically ingored my symptoms, told me she didnt know what it was, and made me feel like i was stupid and paranoid. I have since gotten very ill because of delayed treatment from nagapala, and when I went back into see her she basically rolled her eyes when she saw me and seemed irritated that I came back (I only saw her twice and she was already annoyed). Not a very nice person, and defenitely not helpful!
