Dr. Cortez is absolutely great! He takes the time to explain exactly what is going on and articulates his plan of action. His staff is terrible. It's the worst office staff I've every had to deal with.

I agree Dr. Cortez is awesome but the staff is some of the worst i've ever come in contact with.

Dr.s here were all great. The office staff however was indescribably horrible. Unresponsive to questions and seemed put off if they had to put forth any effort to actually help you with a question or insurance claim. I almost changed doctors due to this incompetant staff
