He causes trauma to your mouth so that you'll end up with infected teeth and need a root canal. My mouth has been pouring blood for days after seeing him. He doesn't show you your xrays, he goes into another room so you can't hear him talk about what he is going to do. I had a tooth with no pain at all and since i saw him it hurts bite down. I hope this miserable b*stard gets it badly.

Had a crown done in March 2020. I am still experiencing sensitivity and pain . I found he was very rough , brutal with freezing needle and had cut my lip. I have never had experienced a dentist that rough. I would not reccomend him. Im sure there are better dentists elsewhere.

I wish I had read all of these reviews before I let this man do my dental work. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but, he has horrible bedside manner, unapproachable, gives no information or help when answering questions about procedures or worries you may be having. He did not give me any information on care after the procedure I had done, just recommended I book more appointments. Don’t waste your time, and definitely don’t waste your money.

I had him do dental bonding work. The bonding was good, and it did last, but he stuck a large needle completely through my cheek and seemed to think it was kind of amusing. He said "it happens sometimes, usually when a person has a big event, like a wedding." I was in sales and had to go to work for a couple of weeks with a huge purple mark on my cheek. Short man complex, I think. I really think a lot of these reviews must be fake.

I have been seeing Dr. Claener for years now and I'd highly recommend him. He's patient and kind and goes above and beyond the call of duty. We're all a little nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Claener makes me feel like I'm his only patient. I trust him. His hygenist Anne is also amazing at what she does. She's great.

Useless. Mis-diagnosed 2 people in my family. Performed a root canal wich was not required. You rarely see him. Unapproachable, no personality. Don't waste your time here....

Misdiagnosed without doing an X-ray. Another dentist found the real issue immediately. He was ready to perform a totally unnecessary procedure. I had a bad feeling about it so went elsewhere. Unethical!!!!

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. He was extremely short with me and did not explain to me what he was doing. I only found out after the procedure when I had to pay for it that I had a root canal, not just a filling! He also didn't wait at all for the freezing to sit in, told me he didn't have time. He drilled into my tooth with tears streaming down my face. He had absolutely no bedside manner. I would not recommend.
