I don’t know if Dr. V will read this or not. I hope so bc that’s my point in this review. My best friend Maurci just passed away last night. I was in there when you came to see her for the last time. You also treated my mom Mary years and years ago when she lost her battle with cancer as well. I’m sure you didn’t remember me. I want you to know that you are a blessing and I found that out when you first came into our lives while treating my mom. I told Maurci about you the day we found out she was sick and then you walked into her hospital room that night and when she told me that I just knew it was a “god thing” as my mom used to say. You said there was something about Maurci and you got attached to her. She is/was one amazing woman. Strong, brave, never complained about anything. Cancer is the devil and it took my best friend far to fast. We only found out 5 months ago and now she’s gone and forever will be missed. I feel like apart of me is gone. I’m so lost. I just want you and everyone else to know rhat you Dr V are one great oncologist and I hope you never forget that. You were great with my family and you were just as great with Maurcis family. And I thank you so much for that.

This was the worst medical experience of my 68 years. I was embarrassed, humiliated, and ridiculed by her and dismissed because I dared to question the effectiveness of traditional cancer treatment for my diagnosis, prognosis and age. She appeared to be personally offended with my decision. She said I had cancer because my immune system failed me but offered no advice on how to build it up, rather offered me chemo which destroys the immune system. I announced that I would rather do alternative treatment whereupon she slammed my folder shut and angrily stated that "We're through here then" and rose to leave accusing my family members of talking me into alternatives?? I found a doctor who would work with me considering my desires.
