I had a very disappointing visit after being a customer for years; I requested a cleaning only, as I had a previous cleaning and checkup around six months ago, and had to undergo a long X-Ray session (~20 takes), a brief check by Dr. Leech, and then was told that I had to schedule another visit for the cleaning, so I had to leave without the only thing I went there for. I complained and was told that was the "standard of care" at that office. My complain is not with Dr. Leech, as he is always very nice (even if always in a hurry), but with the way the office is organized. I have decided to take my business somewhere else.

Saw the dentist for a broken crown and underlying tooth. He did a root canal and put a crown in place. Prior to placement of the crown I noted that the tooth was sensitive and "didn't feel normal" to pressure. He placed the crown which didn't fit properly and had a ridge on the surface. He made another crown and although I told him I had the same issues with the underlying tooth the crown was placed. It is a better fit and appearance, but I am about two yrs. out and the underlying tooth is a concern since it never returned to a normal sensation. I think it is a matter of time until the root canal goes bad. I should have had the tooth redone or at least further evaluated. When I pressed him on the tooth he challenged me to tell him what should be done and I got a feeling of contained fury from him. His staff is great but there is something about his demeanor makes me think he does not enjoy his work. I would not return. Expensive and many visits to complete.

Dr. Leech is so nice and has a very calming way about him. His dental hygienists are great, too (I usually have Brooke or Meg). I've been going there for years and have always had a good experience.

Excellent. Great dentist for people who hate going to the dentist and for kids as well. He "caters to cowards"! Kind Christian dentist who is very patient and responsive.
