Dr. Rawlins is a good doctor with a good personality. Her staff always seems to have a bad apple though.

Having read reviews already placed, I agree with these points:

1. Desk directions at the desk aren't 100% clear. I suppose it's my responsibility to make sure they are, but when staff has the friendliness of a robot and you're really wanting to get out of there and go home at that point, perhaps the staff can at least be better "people persons" and make sure the customer understands where they "stand".

2. Appointments??? I have YET to get in on time????? Usually 30-60 minute wait, but perhaps that's because I have Medicaid and I always see others passing me and my family up???

3. And lastly, I whole-heartedly agree, Dr. Rawlins in knowledgeable, proficient and helpful, the nurse (when I call in with questions after a visit) is very helpful, the office staff "leave a lot to be desired".

Can't schedule an appointment to see, have to call every day to see if they can get you in, good luck doing that with a job. Office staff are dismissive and unfriendly. Dr.Rawlins, very nice but in too much of a hurry to get you out to really address any issues. Will be looking for another MD

I also felt compelled to write a review after trying to get an appointment and being told neither Dr. was there. And that I probably can't get one tomorrow because she was full. How can that be when they don't book appointments for the next day? Receptionist need to not be so rude, they make you dread calling them. Obviously I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Dr. Rawlins is wonderful, but her head office manager is extremely rude! I have considered changing doctors just to not deal with this lady.

Dr. Rawlins has a great attitude towards her patients, she's very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen. She does everything possible to help you, even after office hours. Her nurses are great and very friendly. I have never had to wait in the exam room for more then 10 minutes.

A very friendly doctor, but after a long wait you don't get much personal time. The main office lady is very rude to people without health insurance. The nurses are very nice and helpful.
