Dr. Biton never closes a door for privacy, never spent more than 3 minutes with me, and never allowed me to ask a question ! Walks out ! Now I have had seizures since childhood, but he was not interested because I was uncertain of the source. When I tried to be my own advocate, he really hated that ! I am at a point wondering if he really cares about me as a pt. or has my best interest at heart ! Maybe I should start searching for another dr. Even one of my other Drs said he didn't understand the course of action he was taking with me. ? ! ? ! ?

Started having seizures at 40 years of age. Went to 3 different local neurologists over the next 4 years. They couldn't stop my seizures, they just kept trying different meds and then increasing those meds until I couldn't stand the side effects. First time I met Dr. Biton, he told me that he wasn't a doctor that just throws medicine at the problem and that he would try to find the root cause of my seizures. Within 6 months, Dr. Biton had found that my seizures were starting at the base of my right temporal lobe and none of the meds I had tried would stop them. He recommended surgery. Long story short, had the surgery to remove the affected portion of my brain (Dr. Krisht did the surgery- excellent neurosurgeon!), and I have been seizure free for over two years and off of seizure meds for a year now. Very grateful for Dr. Biton's knowledge and methodical approach to finding the cause of my seizures.

I sustained 3 TBI's in the Marine Corps that suddenly showed up about 9 years later in the form of my first seizure. I saw my local Neurologist who understood what was happening but could not find the reason. That local Neurologist was honest about the mystery and sent me to see Dr. Victor Biton. After testing and 7 days in the SIU at Baptist in Little Rock, Dr. Biton was able to see that I have permanent brain damage to the left Temporal Lobe of my brain. I don't respond to medications the way most people do, so it took a very long time for Dr. Biton to find the right medications to treat my disorder. He is very patient and unwavering in his desire to get my seizures under control. My family and I are very grateful to Dr. Biton and his wonderful Staff. We are so thankful that he has a practice in Arkansas.

Finally dianosed my daughter for seizure disorder because he cared enough to listen when family members told him her symptoms. He was committed to finding out what caused the symptoms and and committed to continually adjusting the meds until she became seizure free. All the staff was compassionate and helpful.

Dr. Biton is an epileptologist. He takes time and answers all of our questions and listens to our concerns. Our son saw a neurologist at a local hospital until age 18 when we found Dr. Biton and things have been looking up ever since. My son's seizures are under control and he has been seizure free for 3 years. We love Dr. Biton and his staff.

I think Dr. Biton and everybody in the office are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Biton is the best neurologist I've ever had. He has had more patience than any other Dr. I've seen and he has ended my seizures.

Saw Biton for absense seizures. Biton put me in the hospital for 7 days, then sent me home on new meds. I could not sleep down, sleep and was having started having grand mal seizures. I had a stroke and went into status grandmal seizures. He did not send me to rehab. Instead he sent me to a psyciatrist. My experience was life changing.

Dr. Biton and his staff provides a level of service above and beyond that of any other physician that has treated me. I have had a very difficult time with various medications, and Dr. Biton and his nurse have worked closely with me to get me safely switched from one to another. I receive great care and support when I call with problems or questions, between scheduled appointments. Dr. Biton is very patient and listens very carefully; he truly takes time to try to understand my issues and work through them with me. He's the best neurologist/epileptologist I've ever had and I would recommend Dr. Biton and the AEP staff to anyone.

OMG, had me on 10/325 perc's 4-times a day and then STOPPED. Told to take OTC pain meds. I never abused the meds and always called on the 29th day. Increased meds from 30 T-3's to 120 perc's within 4 months. OMG, the withdraws were aweful and I folled the dr's instructions. STAY AWAY!!!
