I have had nothing but good experiences visiting this office. Dr Dock and his assistant and staff are the best!

I have visited Docks office several times. He and his staff were courteous and efficient. Even able to fit me in for an emergency visit once. Everytime I've been, I have direct questions and direct answers provided. As I'm a career lifeguard, I see the sun alot, and I was THRILLED that they didn't give me "The Lecture" I have heard from every derm since I was 10. "Scare me Straight" tactics are just degrading at this point. I know what the sun does. Thanks for not brow beating me. :)

Absolutely no bedside manners. Spends very little time with you. To all patients: Write down questions because it is; on your marks-get set-go!Got a 2 on knowledge because of lack time to assess him.

Had assistant take 2 biopsies of hives blisters on my body. Prescribed cream. Did not investigate biopsy area performed by his associate Dr. Berlin. Took almost 3 weeks to report on findings. Stated they were either insect bites or allergic reactions. I visited another Doctor at the VA Hospital who prescribed 6 day steroid pack which eased the hives. I cancelled my follow-up appontment.
