Dr. Fazari is a knowledgeable dentist and is so easy to work with. I have moved my entire family to his practice. He is compassionate when you have a dental issue and works as quickly as possible on resolving that issue. His hygienists are awesome as are the front office staff. Never had an issue with them.

It was my first time going there. Dr. Marco is the best dentist I have ever seen in Canada. I have a phobia of dental clinics, but he is so a kind and knowledgeable doctor, and he knows how to behave with the patients. I'm so thankful for him.

If I'm not his first patient, I'm definately in the top 10. Dr. Fazari has been my dentist for 27 years. That should say it all, but I'll make a few points. I rarely rate anyone for one simple reason. Your experience is based on your expectation. Some expectations are reasonable and others not so much. A patient should tell the doctor directly if they have a valid criticism and I'm certain the criticism would be welcomed, instead of writing it here to cause reputational harm . Dr Fazari is a Smart compassionate caring dentist. A kinder gentler man would be hard to find. If you have a problem with him or his staff, I will humbly suggest that maybe you have unreasonable expectations.

I have been seeing Dr. Fazari for nearly 16 years. Great guy. Never had an issues with him or his staff. I find him both knowledgeable and personable. I guess my only complaint would be that unlike most dentist offices, they don't do any direct billing with insurance companies. This means you have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed 4-5 days later from your insurance carrier.

My family (4) have been clients of Dr. Fazari for two decades. The entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Fazari is an excellent dentist who showed patience and compassion when my son was younger and feared dental visits. I highly recommend Dr. Fazari for any family!

Nothing but good experience here. I disagree with negative comments, people only come on when they have something bad to say, not when its positive. So here I am to say this is a great dental clinic.

Dr. Fazari is a skilled dentist, with a gentle hand. With the exception of perhaps one employee, his front office staff is terrible (disorganized and quite rude at times).

I've been a long-standing client of Dr. Fazari and never had an issue with him or the staff. I believe you would have solved your issue by speaking with him directly instead of venting on here. He most certainly would have adjusted the bill as that's the type of person he is. If you were a long standing client you would have felt comfortable asking. If other dentists were within your price range you could have gone there instead but you decided to go back to Dr. Fazari which doesn't make sense.

The comment below mine appears to be written by either staff or close friends of Marco Fazari. Just thought I’d point that out to RateMd. Comment below is rude (just like the staff and doctor!), and unnecessary (also like the staff and doctor).

Also, for anyone having trouble affording dental care: you CAN go to a walk-in clinic for antibiotics, or your family doctor. They will NOT charge you. You can also visit your local emergency room, where they will help you at no cost.

And there is no shame in visiting a student dental clinic. The comment below is classist and ableist, suggesting that only unintelligent people access reduced-price healthcare. Not everyone has the privilege of affording high-cost emergency dental services.

Furthermore, a professional clinic will announce all costs to the patient before they are charged, so the patient will have the option to decline services. I have researched dental clinics in this area and asked their prices, and they quoted me costs lower than Dr. Fazari. You DO have options.

Also please note that Dr. Fazari cancelled appointments and closed his office to go to the Raptors parade. Unprofessional. All around, a bad guy to deal with. Never had a good experience with him. Didn’t want to speak out until I read the reviews here. Be warned.
