Called the office saying my wisdom tooth was infected and I needed an Rx. Asked what the fees would be in advance. Told this would be no charge. Got there, and they said they HAD to do an Xray. Which would be $60. I agreed, as they said it was necessary. Then Dr. Fazari came in and gave me an incredibly condescending lecture on tooth care. I just came for an Rx, as I could not afford any dental care at this time.

I got out of his lecture after having to ASK HIM for an Rx for antibiotics... which he should have known to give me as this was the reason I booked the appointment.

Girl at the front tells me all together it will be over $150. For an Xray, and five minutes of Dr. Fazari poking around my mouth and telling me how awful I am as a patient.

I was shocked and told her that she told me it would be NO CHARGE. She just shrugged and said, "I didn't know he would be doing all this other stuff."

Unbelievable. Never going back. No redeeming qualities at this clinic whatsoever. He charges way over what other dentists in the area charge, and he will treat you like a failing student while pulling money out of your wallet. So bad, so bad.

Amazing staff; I'm never in pain during any procedure or cleaning. Dr. Fazari has a great personality; not intimidating and very easy going.

I was very unsatisfied with the form of treatment i received. My mouth was butchered as if i was a piece of meat. the sarcasm and form of communication was very disrespectful and the staff was not accommodating. The office definitely needs to consider major changes in staffing and the way they treat their patients. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes they find excuses to condone it. Never going him again.

I have no issue with Dr. Fazari - Happy with both him and his work - been a client for over 12 years. He and his staff are extremely professional - Agree his offices need some attention but is it him or the Landlord responsibility as that building overall needs attention?

Complete butcher caused me to loose a tooth and was leaving teeth to deteriorate so that would cause more work and money in end. A response to the previous comment...how do you know for certain that theceecond opinion was right? Just because another dentist tells you it's unecessary doesn't mean he's giving you the correct advice.

Very BAD experience. Dr. Fazari appears nice at first, but be warned.
He will convince you to do unnecessary things to use your insurance.
His knowledge is questionable. I got second opinion and was told that recommended procedures were completely unnecessary. Very bad quality of restorative work (crowns).

My family and I have been patients of Dr Fazari and his team for well over 15 years. He's done great work on our teeth from root canals, crowns and fillings. 10 years ago I was in so much pain from a tooth that needed root canal work. Dr Fazari saw me the next day and fixed me up. For the last 10 years I've only needed cleanings. No "extra" work was done to make a buck. We do have our favorite hygienists that we prefer to see, but that's normal. Staff has always been polite and understanding in case we needed to change an appointment. If people had a bad experience, all I can beat is no one is perfect. Dr Fazari and his team do their best for their clients. You choose your dentist. Stanley

I actually really enjoy going to The dentist . Marco and all his staff are very friendly and courteous . I moved this past summer and it's not exactly convenient for me to go there anymore but I keep going because of his friendly staff . Maybe some of those negative people should go to a dentist who has robots for staff . So nice to go to a place that isn't so clinical . My whole family goes there and they all like the staff as well .
