Dr. Battan is always kind and helpful. Dr. Battan is excellent as an endocrinologist, He is very Black and white and does not sugar coat things. He is very compassionate about his patients and that they receive the care that is needed.

Some (not all) of the staff is incompetent. Dr. Battan is not a good Dr. in my opinion, go to a different Endocrinologist if you are able. He demeanor is very grumpy, he thinks he knows it all when he doesn't. He passed me off as having some kind of anxiety attack when I was actually having a hyperthyroid crises/storm. This by the way is a medical emergency and can easily lead to death. I repeadly had to have my bloodwork re-issued from the office to the lab because the staff would leave my order in my file and not finish my visit.

Dr Battan walked in with negative attitude. Was rude and demeaning tje entire visit. Did not care about anything I had to say. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Would not recommend him

As s new patient it took over 3 weeks to get an appointment, this is my only negative. The staff was courteous, professional, the dr was also friendly, professional, I was early and was taken to his office early and waited but 2 minutes for him. I had an ultrasound and fna biopsy all within 45 minutes. He explained everything thoroughly, I could not have been more pleased. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Battan was late for my appointment, over 25 minutes! He didn't apologize. He scolded me for choosing the surgeon that was recommended to me and didn't care about anything I had to say. most arrogant medical professional I've ever encountered! Left and wouldn't ever go back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Dr. Battan had a rude, arrogant and demeaning attitude the entire visit. I felt uncomfortable from the moment he walked in the examination room. He did not listen nor value any information I had to contribute. I was referred by my doctor to see him for a thyroid issue, and he dismissed me and made me feel as though I had no business being there. He was less than professional and I would not recommend him.

Dr. Battan fit me in without appointment to expedite my diagnosis and care, as the surgeon performing my thyroidectomy with cancerous nodules, also found and removed cancerous lymph nodes. Within ten minutes after completing forms with the receptionist, Dr. Battan was with me in an examination room. In his office, he personally performed a very thorough ultrasound throughout my entire neck region. As thyroids are his specialty, I’m certain he tires of patient's repetitive questions; however, I found him to be adequately patient, very assuring, and applicably detailed in his explanations of next steps and prognosis. For those with thyroid cancers, I strongly recommend the combination of Dr. Borreson as surgeon and Dr. Battan as endocrinologist.

Dr. Batton is a thyroid specialist. He is to the point and very good at what he does. He is always on time if not ahead of schedule. He has regulated my thyroid with medication and monitors the lump in my thyroid. He is very knowledgable and therefore I trust whatever he says. It takes a matter of 2-3 days to get my lab results back with my prescription and if I every think things are off he orders blood work and faxes it to any office I want to go to, saving me a 60 mile drive to his office. He is worth the drive and I am grateful to him since previous doctors I saw wanted to remove my thyroid when I was only 22.
