She is absolutely the best DR.'s I have had. I lived in Omaha for 40 years and 4 different Dr.'s in that time frame and she is the most knowledgeable, has the best bedside manner and spends time with you to get to the bottom of what's wrong.

She never gives up on you and will treat like you are family. She is the most smart Dr I've been to. I have seen lots of doctors she is the best.

Dr. Paysen is a great physician. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a patient of hers for 2 years. If you ever have questions, she is always happy to answer them. I was used to the other clinic in Kearney where you are treated like you are on a conveyor belt. My very first appointment with her she spent at least 1/2 hour with me. She is concerned about her patients. She will not prescribe medications if she feels strongly about the possible side effects, she is not swayed by pharmaceutical companies. She explains possible side effects and risks vs. benefits of any medications. During procedures, she explains exactly what she is going to do, and explains what she is doing while completing the procedures. If she is running behind, she is apologetic. I would recommend her for the family, my son who is 3 sees her too.

We moved from Kearney Clinic to Family Practice almost a year ago after feeling like we weren't getting the best care at Kearney Clinic. Dr. Payson is honestly the best doctor I have ever seen, and I feel like she honestly cares about her patients and their needs. My children both love her, and whereas going to the doctor used to be an entire event surrounded with tears and screaming, it's now something that none of us dread. She and her staff are always very punctual and friendly.
