I am very stunned at the treatment I recieved during the appoitment I had to have a tooth removed...It was as this doctor completely did not care about you as a patient.. he did not care that my mouth was not numb as it should have been and when I said something to him concerning that he began to shoot my mouth as hard as he could to the point I had to push his hand away from my mouth. I was told that I would be asked to leave the premises if I interfered with the proceedure again..I tried to explain the pain he was causing me and I could not endure much more..In response I was told,"That is what happens when you want your tooth removed the same day as you make you inital appt"...I bit my lip and endured the rest of the pain as he pulled my tooth so I could leave asap.. I would not reccomend anyone to go to this doctor and be treated so harsh and as if your money takes front seat to your care as a patient...

My colleagues and I all use Dr. Thames, and have for many years. He is quiet, yet one of the most knowledgeable dentists I have ever known. The one thing I like about Dr. Thames, is that he shoots you straight, lays out all your options, and lets you decide the treatment route. Good job, Dr. Thames; keep up the great work!

He has the worst bedside manners and he is very distant from his patients. My son has been going for a few years now I as the parent did not want to find another dentist but I have no choice now. Fed up is the cleanest way I can put the situation. His mouth is way to smart if he put as much energy into getting to know his patients and more about teeth he might be a great dentist. Move on and don't waste your time with Thames!!!!!!!:(

Took my daughter to this dentist and was told that she had 10 cavities. When we left she told me that she did not like his bedside manner and that he was unfriendly. Went to another dentist and she had only one cavity. I will never go back to this Dentist.

I TOLD HIM I COULDNT HOLD MY MOUTH OPEN LONG BEFORE HE STARTED I HAVE TMJ. THEN I COULD FEEL EVERYTHIN HE WAS DOING . HE SAID NO WAY!!!!! BUT YET I WAS CRYIN IN PAIN.!!! HE TOLD ME IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO FEEL THE PAIN BUT I DID. HE WALKED OUT ON ME THEN CAME BACK AND GAVE ME 3 MORE SHOTS IN THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH,. THE TEETH WAS ON THE BOTTOM HE WAS WORKING ON. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HIM AGAIN. !!!! TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM COS HE HURT ME THEN I STILL GOT A BILL FOR 60 MORE DOLLARS AFTER I WAS TOLD I WOULDNT HAVE TO PAY ANY MORE.
