Our entire family has used Dr. McGrann for the past 20 years. We were referred to him by our young son's oncologist, and have trusted him with our children's health and ours. I don't find him to be arrogant, but I do find him to be clear and concise.

Very knowledgeable and to the point. Tells it like it is and don't skirt the issues. Very friendly staff and didn't have to wait over 5 minutes. Very helpful in scheduling appointments to get in early because of someone else's cancellation. Would definitely recommend to others.

I would agree Dr. is very rude and arrogant. I decided to seek another dermatologist. It has been years ago since I saw him, and I see nothing has changed according to the comments here.

I love Dr. McGrann. Both my husband and I go to him. He was able to diagnose and treat my husband's condition on the first visit after another S.F. dermatologist couldn't for months. He is kind, respectful,and very knowledgeable. We wouldn't think of going to anyone else. Kathy Conradi

I have been going to Dr McGran for 19 years and wouldnt dream of going to anyone else. He is courteous, and takes the time to explain the procedure. His rates are very competitive! After struggling for over 2 years while other doctors tried to diagnose my skin conditions, he was the first to identify and give the right treatment to solve my skin problems.

The wait was long. The staff were rude. (And usually receptionists are nice...Here, however, they are incredibly rude.) The doctor himself was incredibly rude as well. I've never met such an arrogant doctor. In good faith, I could not recommend this doctor to anyone.
