I was suppose to see Dr Severyn 1 time but he was to busy or something & never came into the room But Karen Rahe the CNP was excellect she was ALWAYS took as much time as needed and always looked over my whole chart every time I came in to the office. She will be an OUTSTANDING docor when she finishes her schooling. Dr. Severyn has moved and has no longer got his office. It was my lost to lose Karen but I wish her the best. The staff was always good to me. We need more people like Karen. She really cares about her patients and she gets to know them personally and not just by a number.

Both Dr. Severyn and both nurse practitioners are excellent, as is their nurse, Sandy. They take time and really listen to all your problems and will take longer than normal if needed to ensure all your questions are answered. Aside from that, I feel much of the staff are not friendly and there seems to be a high turnover in the past couple of years.
