When I moved to Georgia I requested the records of my elderly parents whom are not in good health and it took weeks!!! I kept calling and calling and his assistants kept telling me it would be taken care of. It wasn't until we called the state's Elderly Protective Services when I finally did receive the records some two months later. What we received was an extremely condensed version of all the records we'd originally given Dr. Njoku. This, we feel, is really insensitive and we wanted to make sure we documented this experience in the hopes that it may assist someone out there looking to use Dr. Njoku's services.
