Although it was sometimes a long wait to get in to see the Doctor, once in, you were not rushed, and your problem was addressed.

A very understaffed office with rude staff. Dr. Dieteman is marvelous once you make it in to the exam room.

Love this doctor. I have been going to him since I was a kid. Now I bring my kids to him. He is always able to identify the problem and treated effectively. Yes sometimes you wait in his waiting on for quite a while however he gives you the time you deserve once you're in the room.

Although it was a bit og a wait, Dr. Dieteman was great! He listened to my issues and came up with a treatment plan he thought would benefit me. He was very kind and knowledgeable and was also very patient as I had my 3 year old son with me. I would definitely recommend him to friends/family. The only complaint I had was the wait, but that is to be expected when there is only one doctor in the practice.

Be prepared for this to be an all day event. My last visit he was chatting up the pharm rep for 45 minutes during my scheduled appt. time and still had at least one more patient before me. I have heard it is common for people to wait 3 hrs to see him from their scheduled appointment time. I had to leave before even being seen at my follow up appointment. At my initial appointment he was more interested in telling me his life story than actually informing me about my condition. Leave the whole day open to sit there. He is a nice man but has no regard for your time.

Allows gross overbooking of appointments. My last visit with him he was one hour and twenty minutes late. This is common as his waiting room is always full. I once called to see how late he was running and was told it didn't make any difference, that I still had to be there on time and could then leave to run errands. Another time I requested the first am appointment and four others also showed up one of which was called before me. See www.mydocs.bennettmh.com for more detail.
