This doctor almost killed me with the medication he gave me to take for migraines. Ended up I was allergic to it... But in the several months it took for him BUT my employer & friends to tell me something was wrong he decided that the massive side effects I was having from the meds that I was bi - polar (had n never been before I took this medication. My pacifist self had become aggressive, violent, hateful, & the moods rotated quickly, it even made me lose like 50 lbs in about 3 months. Once the drug was STOPPED (by a diff. Doctors advice) with his Mis - diagnosis of bi - polar (remember this was originally treatment for MIGRAINES) & I had to begin to repair myself, family, etc.. All from a bad drug & his lack of being able to see the massive amount of bad side effects it was having on me. He ran from Lewis gale hospital after this to VA. Do not see him, I almost died & you could to.

Dr. Tingler was the first Dr. to really get my migraines under control. He helped me find a great abortive medicine to take some I'm not taking something preventative every night and loading up on pills. He also helped me make lifestyle changes (no caffeine after 2pm, etc) to help curb my migraines. I was very disappointed when he transfered the the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Salem, but I haven't changed the medicinal routine that he laid out for me over 2 years ago, and I've been feeling great. He really gets to know you to find out what course of action is best for you and your lifestyle and preferences.

Wierd Dr. Didn't want to test only wanted to medicate. Very odd mannerisms.

Ordered an EEG but obviously hadn't looked at it at the start of my appointment. I sat waiting for him to do so for 20 minutes or more, then he told me I didn't have epilepsy, then he called me back a day later and said that yes, I did. Very insistent that I medicate for epilepsy while pregnant, although no actual seizures in years. His report to my OB and midwife was evidently boilerplate and did not reflect the actual visit or discussion we had.
