Is there a rating lower than zero? Dr Bourcier if you are reading this, please take the time to reflect upon why you are so mean, insensitive, impatient and unkind. Does it make you feel powerful to belittle elderly people and their caregivers? I see in the reviews that (a very few) people describe you as compassionate with good bedside manner. I would love to know what qualities about those patients made them deserving of your concern, since it is clear to me that the vast majority of your patients do not warrant your time or compassion. You have left us feeling utterly sad and demoralized. Please consider another career. (Nurses were wonderful as was the other emerg doctor.)

RUDE! OBNOXIOUS! Took my elderly mother to the ER who is so sick and weak, talked to her like she was nothing. Was rough handed as well. Mean evil doctor that should not even be in the medical profession. The good thing is that evil ogre will be old one day too!

Awful, rude and discriminatory. She refused to help me after I asked a simple question and she left me in a waiting room and she ended her shift without even notifying me.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Curt and arrogant. She was the ER ‘doc’ when my dad was admitted to CCH. She called my house to ask my mom some information about the incident that sent dad to hospital in first place. Mother wanted me to pick up the phone to also listen and contribute what I could from my end.

Rude, presumptive and very defensive when I asked a simple question.

Just rude. And the testimonials on this website seem accurate and consistent w my very brief experience with her.

Rude .... Rude ....Rude. A real shame because all nurses and 2 other drs were fantastic. Stayed overnight as she was checking for a brain bleed. I had COVID! Could not get her to listen to me, she constantly told me i was wrong. Fever? Triage confirmed but this dr said no it was just hot outside. Told me not to come back to hospital without hearing aids. Nurses told me to ignore her as they had no problems communicating with me.

I spent 8 1/2 hours in the ER, with severe pain in my leg and knee. Xrays taken, "no osteoarticular abnormalities", meaning the joint (knee) had nothing wrong with it. This "doctor", in a hallway filled with people, while I'm standing on this leg that is painful enough that i sat there for 8 1/2 hours tells me it's arthritis under the kneecap (but the xray showed no abnormalities, including no problems with cartilage) and that the best treatment was for me to lose weight. When I mention she said the xrays were normal, and that i've been on a bland diet for 2+ years already, she gets VERY hotheaded and rude. (I went to a physio therapist who, in 15 minutes had me diagnosed, and in 45 minutes had me walking far easier - diagnosis - wrenched "goose foot", the trio of tendons on the inside of the knee). I will never recommend such a rude, discourteous doctor, whom I later found out through research online, does not approve of overweight people.

The worst doctor! After going to the ER for my heart condition, I refused the covid swab and she said I was going to kill my mother and kill everyone else's mother for refusing the covid swab. I have no covid syntpoms and explained I was followed by The Heart Institute a decade ago and told her I am feeling just like how I was then. She continued to walk away saying I was going to kill everyone and that she would make me quarantine for 14 days. HORRIBLE doctor.

When I went to the ER. She made sure she did everything possible for myself. She also went beyond expectations while my mom was brought in before she passed
