Dr. Karlsberg and his Physician's Assistant are incredibly personable and knowledgeable, The office team has always been professional and helpful, they are very knowledgeable about the products offered. I have seen Dr. Karlsberg for skin cancer and for product, I have been very pleased with Dr. Karlsberg's time that he spends with me as well as his Physician's assistant. I was referred to his office by two Dr.'s who think very highly of Dr. Karlsberg and his expertise with skin cancer. I am very lucky to have found such a great Dermatologist and would highly recommend this Dr.!!!!

I would not recommend this office. I was always seen by the practitioner who was always in a rush. And the front desk was extremely incompetent. Several times they collected my co-pay but forgot to update their system so in my subsequent appointment they would say I hadn't paid for last months co-pay. Luckily I paid with my debit card so I they requested I bring in a copy of my monthly bank statement. This occurred several times there after and was extremely frustrating. Will avoid going to this office at all cost.

I strongly recommend going to a different doctor. I have gone to this office twice and was misdiagnosed and spent money buying a product to treat something i did not even have. Then I went back and they told me it was not what they originally thought so I had to spend more money and go buy the right product. On top of this they do not call in your prescriptions to pharamacies when they say they will and make you wait and do not call you back. They have horrible service and are not very organzied

I have been to Dr. Karlsbergs office on 3 or 4 occasions, and have never been treated by him, always by a nurse practitioner. I do not even know what he looks like.I have a new dermitologist.

any DR. LIKE kARLBERG AND OTHERS ,WHO USE Nurse praktishener 90 % for patiants are flakes and do not care .I WENT TO Karlsberg for 4 years ,never seen him only praktishener,I was misdiognosed ,but had cancer afterall.

Waited 3 hours in the exam room for a scheduled appt. I had waited 6 weeks to get. After 3 hrs. I decided enough waiting and had to leave. Thinking it was an off day in the office, I asked to reschedule my appt. Next available was another 6 weeks out! I thought how rude to be treated like this. I know that it is a busy office but if a patient is on time for an appt. a 3+ hour wait is more than a little extreme. I mean REALLY who has time for that! This happened to me twice! Looks to me like the office overbooks and is in it for the money.

Dr. Karlsberg's office staffmembers are some of the most incompetent medical practitioners I've encountered. Any clinically relevant issue such as third degree burns will take a back seat to a procedure for which the office can be paid cash. The focus of the office is purely profit. The insurance holder requiring non-cosmetic procedures is given an appointment time outside of the window of clinically acceptable treatment timeline - so far out that it could be considered negligence and medical malpractice. A family member called with a staff infection and was told she would have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I, however, was able to obtain a Botox appointment within days....go figure. This office should be avoided at all costs.

Don't go here for Dermatology. All he does now are beauty treatments. You will see an RN for skin diseases.
