My experience with Dr. Gross was excellent. He really cares for his patients. He explained everything to me. He has a VIP customer service which I love. I am very happy with his services overall.

Dr Gross often kept me waiting in his office. Our appointments would be very short and I often left feeling discomforted with little answers. We kept doing tests, so I appreciated the persistence. I eventually needed a colonoscopy, at a very young age, but nothing was detected still. It was not until more than three month later I received any bills for these tests and visits. No one ever consulted me about prices nor informed me that my insurance did not cover Dr Gross nor any of the services rendered, especially the colonoscopy. Of course, this was legally and techincally my responsiblity to check, but I felt very taken advantage of and someone could have mentioned to me or even advised me to call my insurance and check. I was under the impression Dr Gross's office was calling them each time they collected my insurance at visits. Very disappointing care, and very unaffordable for a young professional.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Gross as our main Doctor for more than 10 years. He is an incredibly competent and concerned doctor. He has asked me to page him on a weekend if my condition didn't improve and he returned my call immediately. He calls with test results personally and as soon as he gets them. I have never had a more thorough doctor and when I need to see him quickly,I have always been squeezed in. My husband has colon cancer in his family and gets a colonoscopy every 3 years from Dr. Gross. My husband and I worry about the day he will retire as we could never replace him.

Dr. Gross is a very special doctor. My husband and I have been patients for many years and he always goes the extra mile for us whether it is getting results ASAP, returning calls or explaining information in great detail. I trust him with everything having to do with my health as I know he is caring, compassionate and an excellent physician.

Excellent doctor who takes patients needs in very detail way, and goes above and beyond to be there for patients. He answer each of my phone calls personally. He visited me early morning and late in the evening when I was admitted in the hospital. He cares deeply above my well being and take my opinions seriously, he let me participate in my health care. He is one of the special doctor I have found that I admired dearly and respect in how he dedicate his life to be there for his patients. He is very humble and down to earth doctor which is very hard to find these days. I am gratefull and very thankfull for all his work to be there for us regardless of our back ground. Thank You.
