Doesn't listen to patients or family. Throws pills at every problem when other types of therapy might be more helpful. Seems impatient.

Dr. Russell is great and so are his staff. He prescribed the right thing for my fibromyalgia right away. A host of other doctors couldn't get it right the first time, but he did. He's fun to be around and listens to what you have to say. I'm sticking with him!

He doesn't seem to look at the chart before he talks to you.

Dr. Russell is about as far from arrogant as you can get. He's respectful of your input and "listens" to you. I was misdiagnosed by another doctor and told to stay off the "damn internet." Dr, Russell to a specimen and when I mentioned something I'd read on the internet, he looked it up. Very nice man, I'm sure he makes his mother proud.

I never have to wait for long periods of time in the waiting room or in the pat room. In fact, This is the first doctor I have been to who cares about my time and his time and doesnt seem to want to waste either. Dr. Russell is easy to talk to and takes time to listen to my needs and concerns. and is willing to liston and do the proper refferals as needed, staff is excellent also very professional

I never have to wait for long periods of time in the waiting room. In fact, I can only remember one time where I was taken to a room 5 or 10 minutes after my appointment time. They take punctuality seriously... that means they expect the patent to be punctual or call in. This is the first doctor I have been to who cares about my time. Dr. Russell is easy to talk to and takes time to listen.

Easy to talk with. Will listen to any problems or worries you may have. A good doctor! Definitely not a crackpot or doc in the box. All of the staff there are kind as well.

Dr. Russell is young, laid back and very casual. He is really easy to talk to and has a great "bed-side" manner. The office is run well and he has always been timely. He would be a good Doc for all ages.
