Dr. V is a very friendly and caring doctor. She is very knowledgeable in what she’s treating. We strongly recommend her.

Dr V was straight to the point, didn't waste time on diagnosis, or repeated office visits. Set me up immediately with medication and my psoriasis is healing steadily. I'm so grateful that I was referred to her by my General Practitioner.
The staff at first seemed not as welcoming , but that is not the case at all. I find them to be friendly and helpful now that I've been there more often for UV Light therapy. You know people in the medical field have lots of dealings with insurance companies and doing paper, I know it's a frustrating part of keeping the books straight that I can't help but have compassion and empathy for the office staff. So don't be so judgemental.... They all do the best they can.

Dr Villanueva is not even recognized by the American board of dermatology. Furthermore she was trained in the Philippines and she’s not recognized by their dermatology board either. Her training is not in dermatology

Dr. never takes you back for your appointment less than an hour and a half of your scheduled appointment. Dr is rude, disrespectful, and needs anger management. If you ask a question she says if you don’t trust her you need to find another dr. You can hear everything from patient/dr while your in waiting room &from adjoining rooms. Horribly rude staff

Unbelievable front office!!! Rude, condescending, infuriating ignorance, no regard for patient or condition. If I could rate office staff ZERO I absolutely would. Will never return here.

The receptionist answering the phone was rude and denied my request for medical records, Complete violation of HIPAA Rule and California Law.

If I could give zero stars I would. Front desk is absolutely rude. I was trying to discuss my insurance benefits with her over the phone and she continually cut me off and had an attitude about everything said. I will never return to this office again. I actually regret even going! I work in a dental office and could never imagine treating people the way that she treated me, no wonder they have one star.

This Dr is so rude. No health history taken, staff yelled my name from the room to the waiting room to call me back. Building was old making lots of noises. The Dr looked at my back and asked me "oh my what is this?" Ok you are the Dr and I can not see my back so you tell me. No special lights or glasses. She looked at me with disgust and asked me how old I was and I said 48. She said oh your skin looks like you are 60 or 70. I was so depressed. She did not do this in a professonal and empathetic way offering advice. appaled and I did turn her in.

I have bad experience with a dermatologist in the same locality . My experienced with Dr. Villanueva and her staff was incomparable . After submitting my insurance card to the front desk , everything else came with no surprises . Her professionalism is highly noticeable . Her staff are friendly and stand by their word. I will recommend this MD to anyone suffering skin disorder like me.
