I have been going to The Springs for almost 7 years. The staff is wonderful. I have only seen a doctor once, but it is usually my choice to see Charmin who is a PA. I call and they can usually fit me in that day. I have no insurance and Charmin has been very helpful in directing me to low cost labs and radiology centers. The only negative experience I have had, is when I tried to call 5 minutes after they closed. My daughter was having a reaction to antibiotics and I was told they no longer took after hour calls and referred me to the emergency room.
