I"ll keep it simple; rudest reception staff you"ll ever meet (and their proud of it). As for Dr Bader, he used to be a personable doctor who cared for your needs and concerns but now he's turned into a recluse, seeing him is like seeing Bigfoot and when you do see him, your in such shock that your face to face with him, that your at a loss for words. Before you know it, your three minutes are up and he's out the door. Been seeing Dr Bader for over twenty-five years but boy did he completely forget the foundation on which he built his practice. I will look for another doctor, one who cares and has a staff that is happy to hear from you.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Bader for over 25 years as our PCP. He is a wonderful and caring physician and has always given us plenty of time during our visits. My son, also a patient, is getting married in two days. He developed a 102 degree fever. My wife called the office today hoping that Dr. Bader could see him. The receptionist said Erin was off and Dr Bader was completely booked. I understand, but we've never asked Dr. Bader for any favors or been difficult over the years and it's kind of a stressful time planning a wedding. She explained this to the receptionist and the receptionist replied that they "don't talk to the parents of a 31 year old". When she asked to speak to the Doctor, the receptionist hung up on her. I can't imagine anyone being so unprofessional. I guess 25 years of loyalty doesn't matter anymore.

Both Dr. Bader and Erin Are top shelf, but try to get a prescription refill or have a problem with an incorrect prescription and it's like dealing with the person "Betty" on the credit card commercial and that's if you ever get a live person.

Very poor office support. Always seem to get the answering service or asked to leave a message. Great dr. but needs more office staff to support his office very difficult to get prescriptions in a timely manner.

I have nothing but the utmost praise for Dr. Bader as a physician. He is very prompt, exceedingly courteous and has never been disappointing in the many years I've been seeing him. I have to agree with others though that the office staff is an issue. They're fine when you're there, but routine issues like callbacks or prompt answering of phones can be an issue. One time I needed them once for something, they told me they'd be in the office until the stated closing time, but when I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, I found that they'd closed early. The only reason I give them a "2" instead of a "1" is that I've seen some signs of improvement and they seem to respond much better when you interact with them via e-mail. They're still the only glaring weakness in Dr. Bader's practice. Otherwise, he's top notch all the way and I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to patients of all ages.

DR BADER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERSONABLE, HOWEVER HIS STAFF LACKS PROFESSIONALISM. YOU HAVE TO CALL 3 OR MORE TIMES TO GET A RETURN CALL AND THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS THE MOST PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. YOU "NEVER" GET A CALL BACK WITH TEST RESULTS BUT MUST INITIATE THE CALL YOURSELF.

Dr. Bader has been my PP since he first opened his office on Woodland Dr. I have always been happy with Dr. Bader. He was immensely helpful during an infection I came doen with following sergery. Dr. Bader answers ally questions and I never fell rushed. His PA is also very caring and has a comapssionate manner when I have seen her. The onyl problem I have had is with the staff at the new office. Thye are just not very good. As others have said, they try to get you to e-mail them. But when do that, they never answer. Very, very difficult to speak with a live person. When I had a problem with a prescription at a pharmacy, it took over a week for them to get back to the pharmacy. I hate that such a wonderful doctor surrpounds himself with such imcomepetent and rude people.

Dr. Bader has a polite nature and listens to all your concerns. Agree Office staff is an issue. Many errors and the phone system makes it extremely difficult to reach a live person to speak to.

I have been a patient for a number of years and really liked Dr. Bader. But his excellence as a doctor cannot overcome his train wreck of an office since moving to his new location. You are extremely lucky if you actually get a live person to answer the phone, it can take several days for a call back on any message you do leave (even to schedule an appointment), the recording tries to drive you to handle requests via e-mail vs. speaking to someone in the office, they always try to schedule you with the physicians assistant instead of Dr. Bader, and once you have an appointment with the doctor there is no guarantee you will actually see him. I hate to lose Dr. Bader as a physician, but a professional office staff is a huge part of the patient experience, and I will be looking for better care elsewhere.

I've been a patient for over 15 years. While I like him as my doctor, the office staff is terrible--calls aren't returned, sometimes prescription refills need to be called in two or three times before they're actually sent to the pharmacy.
