Been with this doctor for 10+ years. All they care about is money. The worst here is the miserable wife of his. She is one sick lady that is rude. Too bad he is a good doctor but the attitude provided is horrible. They are short staff and the reason is because of the miserable wife that runs the show. She is awful! Avoid coming here and find another doctor. He is not worth the treatment you will encounter.

The dr him self is a good dr. But he’s not worth the headache you get from his staff and horrible wife. No compassion or sympathy whatsoever! It’s all about money to them and they don’t care about nothing else. They don’t see little children they $ signs and every way they can suck you dry. The wife or boss lady whatever she is one worst human beings I ever met. The nurses come and go like the weather because there all horrible and I’ve been there with my kids for the past 15 years, but I just cannot take the wife and bad nurses anymore. It’s to point we’re its become intolerable. Sad to leave Dr. Kyi but unfortunately she’s that horrible of a person.

All excellent reviews except for his staff. Dr. Kyi is great and would be evem better of he no longer had his wife working for him. She is the rudest woman I have ever met and only looks at these kids as money in her pocket. She is not caring or compassionate as someone shpuld be who works with children. They should be reported for the unethical way their office is being ran due to Dr. Kyi wife/office manager!!

Before today I would have rated him higher. However, because his business manager does not know how bill insurance properly he became very disrespectful towards me when discussing the issue. He became loud and rude. I am very sorry to lose him as a Dr, because my children have been going to the practice since they were 3. His business manager needs to learn how to properly bill insurance companies.

Dr Kyi is very unknowledgable lets just put it this way I almost lost my 2 year old to kidney failure due to his lack of knowledge. I had to take it upon myself which I am not a doctor to figure out there was somthing more seriouse than a sinus infection. If I would of listened to Dr Kyi and waited until tommorow I would of lost her. Thanks to Palos Hospital for saving my daughter.
