So bad, I just talked to the receptionist and she had such a bad attitude. They lost my daughters records and they’re like “we can’t do anything about it” I needed them by tomorrow and the lady said to my face “yeah and your telling me now. Seriously I’ll see what I can do” that was not needed to say that was horrible service

She is very mean,rude and distespectful she made my children and i wait for 2 hours then she said I'm busy and we had to reschedule and it was freezing in the office and smelled like a dog did his duty on the carpet also we haven't seen her for 8 years and besides saying hello to us and how are you she said in busy

I always liked Dr. Khan, despite the fact that, in 4 years, she never saw my daughter with anything that resembled punctuality. I chalked it up to her amazing bedside manner. Then, her office lost record of my daughter's physical, claiming we hadn't been in for a physical, but for a rash, which simply wasn't true, as she had had vaccinations, a hearing test, took a urine sample, etc... They refused to fill out the physical forms for her school unless I brought her back in for another physical. When I agreed to a second physical, but asked to not be charged another co-pay since this was clearly their own clerical error, they refused. When I asked to talk to the doctor, they also refused. I agreed to bring her in and made the appointment, but several minutes later, they called back and told me that Dr. Khan wouldn't see my daughter anymore because of my attitude and that I needed to find a new doctor.

wonderful, my children love her. she is very caring. I wish i could have her as my doctor, but she is pediatrics only.
