He was my doctor for 20 years . Few months ago I have problem with my medication and his staff. He called me and said I am not welcome to his office again he takes his staff side without knowing the real reason. He left without medication and treated me very bad on the phone. My husband send him a letter and he never answered that it. Be careful with his staff more like with Shannon and be careful with his temper because behind that courtesy he shows has an angry crazy person

I took my grandmother to see Dr. Kacmar over the years and I found him to be very compassionate and helpful. One of the most important qualities I look for is that the doctor treats me as part of a team. Dr. Kacmar did that very well. He is a good listener and understands the individuality of each patient. He understands that there isn't one size fits all solution and takes that into consideration when advising medical treatment.

His office staff is horrible. Ignores pharmacy requests and insists that I come in for prescription, that has refills, but was on hold in the pharmacy. It took 5 calls to clear this up when it could have been dealt with in a day. Not a fan of this office. Then, when I called upset that I'd been blown off and that this was totally inefficient, office staff got mad at ME!

I have been seeing dr Kacmar since I have moved to Illinois. He is a fabulous doctor and I would recommend him to anyone. He takes time to listen to your concerns and find a plan of action. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for his receptionists. Ever since they changed the whole front staff, they are not very nice. Some of them have an attitude and it seems like they don't care about what you have to say. His reception staff is the only thing I would change about his office.

In the 12 years that Dr. K has been my primary physician, he has been the best ever. He may have a waiting room full of patients, but he still takes time to listen and come up with a plan of action- unlike other doctors I have seen, he includes me in the plan. Over the years, I have had numerous health issues, and his diagnoses have always been spot on. Dr. K has provided referrals to specialists when needed, and they have always been the best. He has been and continues to be my best advocate. I trust him with my life - literally! He's simply the best.

Dr Kacmar is what everyone hopes their Doctor would be, knowledgable ,compassionate , personable and he has the most amazing way of making patients and their families at ease. He does not take your concerns or questions lightly and he strifes to deliver the best care possible. He has been our family Doctor for many years and he makes sure his patients get the best care possible.

Dr. Kacmar is the best dr. I have seen. He is extremely knowledgable, and always understands exactly what I'm trying to explain, his diagnosis for me and my family, including extended family, have always been spot on. He has the best bedside manner and really makes everyone feel comfortable.

Dr. Kacmar is wonderful, as is the rest of the staff at the office. He, Jackie and Megan (I have seen all three) actually listen when you speak to them. Too many doctors stare at your chart and write while your talking, but this doesn't happen in this office. They are knowledgeable and caring. I have always been treated with respect and received proper treatment by everyone there. (In response to a previous comment) I feel I must mention that I have had several x-rays done there and the radiology tech has always been pleasant and never rude to me. I have been going there for more than four years now. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Kacmar and do not plan to change providers anytime soon.

This doctor is the best I have every hd and I have had MANY!!! He has gotten to the bottom of some serious issues I have had that other doctors did not pick up on. He even looked at a radiology film and found something that the radiologist did not. I do not mind waiting in the office to be seen since I know he will spend quality time with me and help me be in the best health I can be. Also he has great Nurse Practioners. I feel like they really care about the patients and are not just about the money. There is only one person on staff there that is rude and that is the radiology tech. EVERYONE else are top notch!!!!!!

I strongly recommend this doctor. Everytime I am have been in need of medical care he has been their. He spends a great deal of time getting it right. Afterhours, weekends, phone calls. He and his staff always gets our family back on their feet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
