I went to see Dr. Rieners with abdomen pain in May of 2017. He no longer practices in the Wales location so I had to drive to the Wauwatosa location. I am thinking he may have moved to a more populated area where people don't talk among others like in a smaller area like Wales. He came into the room where I had waited for over 15 minutes. He did a fast examination and prescribed me an antibiotic which didn't resolve my abdomen pain. When I received his Bill I was shocked! He charged me $239.00 for less than a 5 minute visit. I called his office and asked to talk to Dr. Rieners and they said he doesn't usually talk to patients by phone. I insisted. A few hours later he called me and sounded very irritated. I asked him if he could lower the charge of the visit because I have to pay cash. His response was " I could have charged you more". Nice.
Beware of this money hungry doctor and his lack of ability to diagnose your health issue.

Dr. Reiners is a very knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to explain everything. You can tell he keeps up on all the newest medical studies. He takes the time to get the whole picture of your health. In my opinion, his diagnoses and prescriptions are always correct and effective.

Very open minded. I take my kids to Dr Tom, and my mother, too. We are happy with this care.
