Horrible treatment by the so called “doctor”
Never a word and when I expressed concerns about my treatment he dismissed me and offer a refund of my money and refused to finish my treatment.
Fidel Castro style no respect for costumers.

This is the worse experience ever with an orthodontist.
Rude unprofessional and not knowledgeable as and old fellow like him should be on his profession.
Scratched my teeth and did damage them when polishing…. Not recommended… run away from him.

Dr. Andrew Thompson is not good at his work. Told me 9 mths of Invisalign and we’re now looking at 2 years and teeth still not straight and was told too bad and held hand out for more $&$!!!
