Overall, Dr. Radhakrishna is a very compassionate, helpful doctor. I have been going to her for 16 years, and she has continually been extremely supportive. She always answers all of my questions with great suggestions and solutions. I recently had an appointment in her East Brunswick office, and the décor was so welcoming and beautiful. I really enjoy visiting her, and I would undoubtedly recommend her as a well-practiced physician.

I went in to get a record release form so my previous ped. can send my son's records due to an insurance change. I was told to come in anytime to pick one up. 3 people behind the window saw and not one acknowledged me. I had to say excuse me to get a dirty look. I asked if I can get a form and was told to take a seat. I explained I was not here for an appointment just to pick something up and was rudely told to take a seat. Am I suppose to sign my name after 3 or 4 names ahead of me for a piece of paper? I could not believe how rude they were. I left without the form and called to cancel my appointment. I will find another pediatrician. If the front desk is that rude, I do not even want to bother bringing my baby in. I wish I saw this site and read the other poor reviews first. I was assigned this ped. through my new insurance and I thought it would be easier to go with it than to find a new one on my own. Boy was I wrong. A lesson learned.

Dr.V'd office do not have the feel of a child care center...Most of the time the doc will be present but we need to wait more than a hour though they do not have any patients to attend, really not aware what they do inside. Now that they have got some computer system to maintain baby's record which is really worthless. The information they have aren't updated properly. The doctors will not have proper talk with the mothers.Overall they arent good for the kids till one year of age.

Dr. Radhakrishna was my childrens' doctor for over 8 years before we moved in 2005. Unfortunately, over the years since 1997 her practive grew significantly and it started to be a longer office wait. However, I must say I think Dr. R is an EXCELLENT physician and I am saddened and surprised by the lower ratings/comments she has recieved. Since we moved 4 years ago I have truly missed her and her staff. The nurse, Kathy was especially helpful and I felt the entire office knew and loved my family. Any doctor that was seen would not only speak with me and answer ALL my questions but they would also speak directly to the children which gave the children a sense of ownership over their health. To this day they've never complained about having to go to the doctor - in fact, they love it! I think this is directly related to the first rate care they recieved from Dr. R since birth. Since moving we've changed doctors several times because to the family no one matches Dr. R

Dr.Radhakrishna's pediac group has 3/4 doctors. She will never provide you information, unless you ask her. Over the weekend, she has doctor which are really incompetant, I think they are just interns without proper supervision. Over the weekend, clerk will be acting as nurse, and they are also incompetant. I have 7 month old daughter. Whenever we went to the doctor over the weekend, nurse****clerk recorded the wrong findings about weight, height. One friday, my daughter got fever, so we took her to the clinic on saturday. Available doctor did not mention anything but said keep monitoring until temp reached 100.5. After going home fever reduce and then again went up.So we took her to clinic again on Sunday. Now available doctor said she has ear infection and provided antibiotics. Her fever did not came down. Following morning, she was fine but developed little rashes. We decided to contact different doctor and he diagnosed her with roseola disease. Conclusion, Please avoid this doctor.

I do not Know wether she is really Knowledgeable or not. I was referred to her but seems she is yet not able to discuss what should be the treatment. She just ask to take appointment of different specialist and many she herself is not satisfied with the reports given by the referred doctor and asks for another one.

Everyone has a right to state their own opinion and here is mine. I have now been going to Dr. Radhakrishna for 3 years now and find it to be a very warm and helpful atmosphere. Each Dr. that works for Dr. Radhakrishna are very nice and comforting when something has happened to your child. They are also understanding because they to have children who are young. Sometimes I have had to wait a little longer than I have wanted or expected. But when I am seen, its a whole different world. They take their time, they listen and they state what they think and try to help me out as much as they can. Some people know that certain medications are very expensive. The doctors will change the medication right there and then for you. One night my child had very high fever and not knowing what to do as a first time mother I called the service and a doctor was there to help. Talking to my friends not a lot of doctors do that. The staff could be a little nicer. But I will never leave this practice.

Dr. Radhakrishna is one of the top peditricians in the state of New Jersey. I have been taking my children to her for over 21 years and have never had a problem getting an appointment or waiting for over an hour. Knowing her for so many years I understand why some people would say she is the way she is. If she wasnt good she would not have two offices with over 3000 patients. She has 4 highly acclaimed doctors that work under her. She is very knowledgable and knows more than any doctor I have ever been too. Just by looking at a child she knows exactly whats wrong. Everyone has to understand this office is always busy but always has time and tries to accomodate everyone. They have done it to me many times. I am thankful that I have a doctor like Dr. Radhakrishna. Without her I dont know where my kids would be. Thank you Dr.
