Dr. G. is great but her office staff suck! They don't answer the phone, respond to voice mails, or respond to my medication provider OptumRX to renew my prescriptions. Every time my meds are up for renewal I get an email from OptumRX saying the order has been cancelled because they were unable to reach the doctor.
I'm 62 and have several medical providers. None of them manage their offices as poorly as Hazlet Immediate Care.

Don't be fooled by the staff's phony sweet talk when they call you honey and sweetie. Staff is highly incompetent. Updated insurance card was copied and offered numerous times and they still managed to bill the old insurance. I was also denied care because Dr. G erroneously stated that she is not affiliated with NJ Family Care, which was disproved. I was denied the blood test I originally made an appointment for and was told to return for it only after the State got involved and admonished the office for denying me care. Exams are quick and involve no more than a few questions, a stethoscope, and heart exam. Dr. G apparently specializes in allergy testing but when informed of my allergies, offered nothing. I didn't even get to take my boots off and laid uncomfortably on the exam table with everything on but my shirt. The exam was over in less than five minutes. Dr. G's new website promotes botox and hair restoration. Go to someone else who actually cares about you as a patient.

Dr. Golding-Granado is a empathetic, intelligent and up-to-date internist. She cares abouts her patients and takes time to listen to their needs. I was her patient during private pratice and continue to be in her emergency care office. She is highly recommended by me, a brain cancer survivor, and my mother, an MS patient.

Dr. Granado is a life saver!! I don't know what I would do without her. I've been with her for the past 10 years and she's helped me in so many ways. She is extremely kind and compassionate. I feel comfortable talking to her about anything and she takes the time to listen! I will never use a different doctor!

Not so good no Dr let's a patient go without treatment of there medication blood pressure and leg cramps that are so bad I didn't sleep for a few weeks straight. I thought they take an oath for that. Definitely not the Dr I thought she was highly NOT RECOMMENDED

Reception staff, NICOLE, the WORST, ever!!! Nothing but RUDE, RUDE, RUDE couldn't care less about the clients!!!! As far as Dr. G-G, she is a wonderful, exceptionally kind and a GREAT doctor. Her team of nurses, 2 thumbs up, wonderful!!!

I seen Dr Granado for the first time today. I have heard nothing but great things about her and hands down couldn't agree more! She is an amazing, caring, knowledgeable women. I have never left a Dr's feeling so confident with there work. I'm extremely happy I was referred to her. As well as her staff was awesome too!
