I went to visit TOC and Dr. Cantrell when I couldn't take my shoulder pain anymore. He and his staff were very kind and listened to me. They set up scans and worked with me to try to solve my pain from bone spurs. After 1 month of no relief from exercises and a steroid injection, Dr. Cantrell decided surgery was my best option. I am now 1 month from surgery and have zero pain. I'm continuing with physical therapy to regain my full range of motion and strength which does hurt but I expected it having had prior knee surgeries. Thanks for a job well done. Also I would like to say how effective Hailey William's staff are at Winchester Rd. TOC physical therapy. They are compassionate but help you meet your recovery goals even if that means a little grunting and tears along the way. May God bless you all as you continue to serve our community. Kyle Franklin

Dr Cantrell and his team were incredible. Sometimes, I would have to wait a bit, but I understand that emergencies come up. They were worth the wait!!!!
