Dr. Pada performed a tongue and lip tie release on my grandson at 15 months old, opting not to use any sedation or numbing agents. Unfortunately, the experience was distressing for my grandson, leaving him in considerable amount of discomfort and resulting in facial rashes from crying intensely. Despite the distress, Dr. Pada did not pause the procedure or offer any form of sedation or numbing. This differed from what was initially explained to the parents during their initial appointment.
As a result , the procedure left my grandson traumatized. Consequently, he now refuses any dental procedures or medical assessments.
Dr. Pada's bedside manner was lacking, as she directed my daughter to the website for answers to her questions, rather than providing personalized guidance. She demonstrated no empathy, compassion or concern .
My daughter and son-in-law were misled , leading to a regrettable experience.
I caution other parents to be vigilant when choosing this doctor . I’d hate to any other child going through the same terrifying experience.

Dr Pada has been such a wonderful dentist for our entire family. Her knowledge, care and attention to detail have served us so well. We really appreciate her honesty and have always felt that she has helped us to understand what we have happening in our mouths. She has allowed us to understand the options for our treatment, and has never made us feel pressured. We trust her completely.

Hilary is meticulous and caring and so skilled and conscientious. She has a lovely personality that puts you at ease and makes you feel that you are important to her. During a procedure she makes sure that you are pain free and comfortable.

Dr Pada has been our family dentist for many years - ever since she opened her practice in Kelowna. We have only high praise for the excellent and very conscientious care we receive from her. While always very current and knowledgable about our needs, she is also practical and realistic with our treatment plans. With her pleasing and caring personality, she relates so very well with patients and also other staff members. We have great respect for her as an individual and as a professional and would highly recommend her to others! A wonderful role model and a true asset to the dental community!

Dr. Pada is knowledgable, approachable and dependable. She is trustworthy and honest and one of those life long learners who keeps up to date on the latest techniques and technologies while still basing all her work on sound dental practice and the best interests of her patients. She is very intelligent and applies her knowledge to best serve the individual needs of her patent. Our family of 4 has been going to her for years and has followed her from practice to practice. We enjoy having her as our dentist.

I was a bit hesitant to spend the time required for a New Patient Exam with Dr. Pada. She came highly recommended from someone I trust, so I went along with it. The experience was so thorough, and all of my teeth and xrays were laid out clearly for me to see and understand what was in my mouth, what I needed and what was just optional. She and her staff were patient, and did not move on unless they were sure I understood what she had discussed so far. It was enlightening, educating and even fun. She has since done dental work for me, and I have been pleased with the outcome of all of it. She is gentle and honest and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had no idea what was involved in having someone really check out my dental health. Dr Pada came highly recommended and I am so glad I found her! She has made clear what is needed and what is optional for my mouth, and the work she has done feels wonderful. She is really gentle with freezing!
