Dr. Mendu is a great doctor but he is changing. Probably his success is getting to his head. When you meet him he is great but that is it. I felt, time to look for a new doctor after 14 years.

The staff is horrible. They don't returns call, not a good service. It is tough to make appointments sometime. But, the Doctor is Good and knowledgeable.

The doctor is very good. But the staff is the worse I have ever seen with any medical facility. May be unknowledgeable , but very late. Better be prepared to go for 2 hrs.

Horrible staff and front office - the worst I have ever seen. The doc is good but he needs to fire his entire current staff and hire sensible, efficient people. Very bad experience with following up on test results. Very difficult to get through to the doc. Can never ask questions on phone- need to visit him every time for the smallest things. Doc is good but I am switching to a new doc as I cannot take it anymore.

Dr. is fine, this review is about the staff. My appointment never got into system and they were very flustered - I waited but they did see me. The nurse who saw me first was terrible. Bad attitude, never smiled, acted like everything was very annoying. Unfortunately, Dr. experience is wrapped in package that includes staff. Wish Drs in this practice would address staff issues.

Even though he is knowledgeable he take things for granted. Had a fake smile. Always rushing. Doesn't spend quality time. Overall I hated experience of 3 visits with him. One of my several complaints am listing here. My lipid profile and vitamin d levels are not correct. He asks me to see in 3-4 weeks. So I made an appointment at 1 00 pm. he asked me whether I am using fish oils which he never told me before. I said no and he asked me to make another appointment in 3-4 weeks using fish oil. I waited 2 hours in hid office for that. More I've he asked if I was on fasting for blood test. It is 1 pm. And he never told Mr to come fasting. Then I asked for prescription for blood test so I can get it done prior to next visit. Went to quest diagnostics one fine morning ..funnily nothing related to fasting on the prescription. same way for my back pain he gave wrong xray prescription. Another doctor corrected it later. Over all he sucks . may be people like him for his empathy talks.

Staff is very bad and unorganized; never communicate properly, no follow up on abnormal blood report no reminder for upcoming appointment. I had very bad experience with this office. I had to call more than 10 times for small but very important work of faxing EKG report to surgery center for surgery; Doctor never replied my repeated request to call back about abnormal EKG. Doctor may be knowledgable.

Horrible front office - Even to get a prescription for blood work you have to call multiple times. They don't even have a proper working fax at their office. Horrible service. Doctor is good though.

I have been seeing Dr. Mendu for past couple of years. In all my visits, he listens to the complaint and took time to explain diagnosis, treatment and medicine he prescribed. He does not rush you. He is very knowledgeable and always smiling. If you are looking for a physician, I highly recommend him.

Excellent Doctor & staff .The people in Dr Mendu office are very nice & kind based on my experience honestly i have no complaints.
