Dr. Kaplan is a nice soft-spoken doctor, who has a lot of patients and patience. Despite his candor and calmness, I feel he usually doesn't spend enough time with me, and does little in the way of preventive medicine. Many people leave their health in a doctor's hands, but a personal copy of bloodwork, medical history sheets, etc. without having to request them should be manditory. While it is your responsibility to follow the doctor's advice, it would help if the advice were more specific. His receptionist, Jen, is always friendly and helpful even during busy hours where she's handling phone calls, walk-ins, and appointments.

Fantastic. If you want a caring, honest, professional internist, this is the one for you. His staff is nice also.
