I don't even know where to begin to explain my experience with Dr. Lanzino and staff. I guess what is well overdue is a thank you. He kept my family informed on my diagnosis, the results of tests, my prognosis and everything else a wonderful doctor does. He was with me from the beginning and after discharge I had to return to ER for fluids. While I was receiving the fluid he graced me with his presence, it was certainly comforting to know I was in the hands of caring doctor like Dr. Lanzino. I experienced a subarachnoid hemorrhage and everyday I thank God that I am alive. My family and I have the most utmost respect for Dr. Lanzino and will be forever thankful.

Dr.Lanzino Is the best and most outstanding Dr. ever. He saved my husbands life, Him and the profesional team that he put together in just moments, Because my husband had an anyerism and subarachnoid hemorrage in 2009, We live in atown that the dr.s suck!!! I had to demand that my husband have a cat scan because there are only 2 causes of his symptoms which is meningitis and subarchnoid hem. But we finally got the results and he was sent to Mayo.( only because i said he will go nowhere else but to the best) Dr. Lanzino is that guy!! He saved him and he has no problems from it. It was 3 coils in the brain and they had to go through his leg artery to his brain( to deep for anyother way. I have tons of faith in him and his abiltys I wish there were more like him, he cares and listens too.

Dr. Lanzino is a 5 star specialist when it comes to aneruysms. He clipped a large fusiform in my middle, left brain three years ago.

Dr. Lanzino was kind enough to respond to an email to review my MRI films. I sent them to him and he called me back and explained to me in detail what was the situation. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Lanzino told me that I should leave well enough alone and not have an unnecessary surgery. He also followed up with me over a year later to make sure I was doing ok. What a wonderful doctor - absolutely the best.

Dr.Lanzino saved my 15 year old daughters life. He is top in his field. My daughter was life flighted to St. Francis medical center and Dr. Lanzino was called in to take care of her. It was 3 am and he was with our family most of the rest of the night and half the next day. My daughter was diagnosed with an AVM and we had to wait for a few days before surgery for swelling to go down in the brain. The day before surgery he showed us all of the x-rays and went over everything and answered all our questions. That evening around 10 pm my daughter had questions and wanted to talk to the Dr. the nurses called and he came back to hospital and went over all the x-rays with my daughter and talked to her alot about what was going to happen in the surgery. The next day was surgery and we were kept informed every hour of her surgery. After they were done the Dr came to us and explained the procedure and the outcome. My daughter now is almost 22 and a nurse herself and loves it.

Staff & Dr. were pleasant. Got to appointment early and got to see the Dr. early. Spent 5 min.with nurse and 3 min. with Dr. They both gave a quick review of the MRI report I already had but did not give me details and did not show me the actual MRI. The Dr. gave me his opinion but I wasn't given the opportunity to ask questions or have any real dialog about my situation.
