Very pompous and thinks he knows it all when he doesn't

You may wait a little bit but Dr Heacock gives you his full attention. He is extremely competent and willing to answer questions. I once had a slight emergency and had to see a nurse instead of the doctor, but she was also quite good.

Dr. Heacock is excellent, very patient and explains the problem clearly.

Dr. Heacock is a GREAT doctor. Explains everything in a way that the patient can understand. Unlike most doctors, he's always on time.
