First off, never met the woman, met plenty of PA's and they were enough to suffice me. Secondly, wait yes is long but I guess I am so used to the double and triple booking. Last Friday, I decided I had enough! They left me hanging with promises to fill a Px, when I called back left a message for a nurse to have her NEVER call me back, and then when i called before closing I was informed that they "could not" do any fills after four and was asked to hold. After waiting over 6 min on the phone I decided to call back and then was turned to their voicemail. Needless, to say never got Px and NEVER got a call back. On Monday they decided to call me back with a "reminder" of my appt. NO THANK YOU!!!! I love how they want your business, but will give you**** for customer service. When I talked to the Manager she informed me she was short staffed. I didn't know that was MY problem. Again, it's crazy how customer service has gone down the drain.

Dr. Wimberly has been my GP for about 11 years and has always been caring, professional and knowledgeable. Her staff has always been courteous and helpful too. Referred many people to her over the years and have always heard good things back from them.

Dr. Wimberly and her P.A. Michelle are wonderful. A few of her staff, especially the one who answers the phone frequently, is rude. I often wonder why she works there as she seems so unhappy. The knowledge of the doctors is great and they have been nothing but super to our family. Some of the staff and nurses are not exactly up to par which is sad to me.

Staff was rude and not very helpful. I had trouble completing forms due to small type, low lighting, and poor eye sight. Staff offered no help. The doctor seems to have lots of patients, so treating us rudely hasn't seemed to hut her practice.

Dr. Wimberly is one of the best Dr.s I have ever been to. She is the type of physican who will send you to someone else if she can not help with your problem, and will make sure you have an appointment prior to leaving her office. I have recommended her to most people I know.

Horrible Staff... unfriendly. Poorly managed. Watch out for "extra" charges on bills, labs, etc.

I can't believe some of the pettiness I see on some of these posts. I have been seeing Doctor Wimberley since she opened her practice which was somewhere around 15 years ago. I have found her and her staff extremely accommodating and competent and a good fit my self and my family.

Saw her P.A., she's too busy surfing the internet to see patients. The P.A. kind of had a chip on her shoulder, like many of them do. Most wanted to be doctors and couldn't quite cut it. So my question is, if I'm getting lower quality care from a less well-trained person, why does it take just as long and cost just as much? No one here is very friendly, in fact they seem somewhat snobby. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Wimberly!

I've been going to Dr.Wimberly for a year or two and I absolutely love everyone in the office. The nurse, Veronica, is a sweetie and is always very understanding. The staff behind the front desk are always friendly and accommodating. The wait is usually too long, but I have found that all doctors overschedule themselves in case of cancellations. Highly recommend.

I have to say, Dr. Wimberly is not the best doctor I've seen, but inversely, she is not the worst doctor I've seen. I came in over my college break, with my step mom, as Wimberly is 'apparently' my PCP. My step mom took me in after my local hospital recommended I see my PCP because I had an interesting lump on my thyroid that was causing me problems with swallowing. After waiting FOREVER, which was frustrating for my step mom who had a job she needed to go to, Wimberly's PA or something looks at me and my lump thing and instantly freaks out. She starts throwing words around like 'cancer' and 'thyroid disorder', which was not at all reassuring for me, especially since she had no proof to jump to such conclusions. Then, she decides to call in Wimberly, who apparently was 'too busy to see me', and Wimberly acts in the same manner, but all she did was refer me to a hospital to do a biopsy. I give her knowledge points because maybe she knows too much to be a PCP, and assume the worst.
