Horrible experience, patients beware. Don't let the commercials and fake smiles fool you

On all my visits, I was always courteous, on time, and paid at the time of service. My last visit, Dr. Maal was extremely rude and didn't pause for a second when it was clear I was in pain. I actually left his office quite shaken and confused about what warranted this unprofessional and insensitive behavior. I don't recommend him and am happy to report that I now have a dentist who respects me and gives me much better care.

At first he was helpful. Slowly but surely he attempted to sell more of his products and procedures. When questioned, he blew up and cussed us out.

Dr.Maal is an excellent dentist to go see. His very good at his job, and his staff is very helpful as well.

Dr. Maal is a little on the expensive side. That being said, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. His staff is amazing. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful. Miss Heidi, a hygienist, is great with adults and kids (school age and preschool are the ages I can speak for). I hate looking for a new dentist, and I don't like going. Dr. Maal lets you know everything he's doing and why. He talked to my kids in a way that they could understand. I really appreciated Miss Heidi's and Dr. Maal's ability to calm my kids and do an excellent job. Also, I have NEVER had my teeth cleaned as well as Miss Heidi cleaned them. She's ruined me for all other hygienists! Dr. Maal did some work for me too. It looks and feels great. I won't be looking for another dentist any time soon.

I am pleased to remain a patient of Dr. Maal , even though I no longer have insurance. I have every intention of staying on course with my 6 mos scheduled checkups. I am very cofident that Dr.Maal will and has always give myself and my daughter the best of care. Dr.Mall completely changed our life through our teeth.

Have always been totally happy with Dr. Maal's work - thats why we returned to him upon moving back to the area!! We have since had to change - major billing issues they have now turned over to collections!! We had insurance - 4 teeth cleanings for the 4 in our household - a few fillings here and there and they claim we still owe them over $800. I am totally displeased with this - one claim was not even submitted one time for my son - they claim our insurance denied it!! They never received it - it's funny how the remainder of our families at that time was paid!! Our first cleaning back, they did panoramic and full mouth xrays!! Them, as the dentist would know insurance companies don't pay both. We as patients assume the office knows what they are doing and don't question. $360 was just from the pans for all four of us!! This has taught me to be nit-picky in every office I go to now - questioning everything thats being done. Other than that - Kudos to Maal - excellent work!!
